Enjoy the magnificent mountain and water views from the covered porch overlooking the White River at the Trout Run Lodge.  This newly renovated family-friendly Cabin in Mountain View, Arkansas is the perfect basecamp for exploring the Ozarks with space for 8 guests in 3 bedrooms.

The Lodge sits on a bluff overlooking the White River, but does not have direct river access.  Public river access is available at the boat launch just 5 minutes away. It's also important to note that the cabin is accessed by a gravel road that can be bumpy in spots and may not be suitable for vehicles with very low clearance.  It's not accessible by motorcycle.

RENTAL RULES:

• Minimum age to book is 25, ID may be required

• Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM  / Check out is 11:00 AM 

• No Smoking in or near the Cabin

• Dogs are allowed, with $100 Pet Fee (per stay, 2 dogs max, house rules apply)

• No loud noise or parties

• Absolutely no UTV's,  ATV’s, Trailers, or Campers

• Hunting/discharging firearms is strictly prohibited

CANCELLATION POLICY:
85% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after.  No date change will be made 7 days before arrival or closer.
