DRINKS & LIBATIONS
Local Brews and other Libations
It should be noted that Mountain View, Arkansas is within a "dry" county, meaning alcohol sales are not permitted. But, there are a few places nearby where you can have a drink, sample local craft beer, and purchase alcohol.
"I planned our visit to Mountain View around this cabin- the photos were so striking and the reviews are consistently wonderful. Honestly, the photos (though stunning) can’t even do the space justice! The home is beautifully decorated and the views are astonishing! It was also immaculately clean. The kitchen amenities were perfect for lots of cooking and the bathtub is a dream! Emily’s guidebook was helpful as we planned ahead and contributed to some of the trip’s highlights! We particularly loved Gravity BrewWorks, the small brewery in Big Flat that she recommended. The beer and those serving it are wonderful, and the outdoor space felt very safe in the time of COVID-19. We are already planning our future trips to the area and certainly hope that we can stay at the Back Porch again! "
