The Niche is a charming and recently renovated space in a historic cottage right on Main Street in Mountain View, Arkansas.  Just out the door you'll be steps away from local restaurants, shops, music, art and more.  Spend your days exploring downtown, listening to folk music or head a little further out for hiking trails, trout fishing and creek swimming.

This Retreat requires no steps for entry and is perfect for two guests with one bedroom with memory foam queen bed and one bathroom with tub shower combo.  The kitchen is well stocked with all the basics for preparing your meals. There is also a washer/dryer available in the Niche for guest use.  While the main road is paved, the parking area is gravel. The Niche is the back half of a duplex, and is a completely separate space with it's own entrance.  The front half is also a rental, the Nook.  

 

Dogs are allowed with $50 pet fee (limit 2, house rules apply) As this is a duplex, managing barking to maintain peace for neighbors is imperative.

• the coffeemaker is a standard drip machine, filters provided

RENTAL RULES:

• Minimum age to book is 25, ID may be required

• Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM  / Check out is 11:00 AM 

• No Smoking in or near the Cabin

• No loud noise or parties

CANCELLATION POLICY:
85% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after.  No date change will be made 7 days before arrival or closer.
