DETAILS:

The Black Sheep Cabin and optional Casita are conveniently located less than 10 minutes to Town Square and less than 20 minutes to Blanchard Springs and the National Forest.  The Cabin is log construction and mixes modern elements with rustic style. The Black Sheep Cabin sleeps four in one bedroom with a twin over twin trundle in the flexspace. Enjoy the screened porch and the adjoining deck, both with beautiful sweeping views of the creek valley below.   With  all of the comforts you need for an Ozark vacation,  just pack your clothes and groceries and head on over for an Ozark retreat.  

Need more room?  Casita is another word for “little house” and The Black Sheep Casita is an open concept "little cabin" guest house next door, wrapped in comfort and modern rustic style.  It includes a kitchenette, living area, and queen bed as well as a full bath with shower and tub unit. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, double burner hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, and drip coffee maker.   It is available only as an add-on and does not rent independently.

RENTAL RULES:

• Minimum age to book is 25, ID may be required

• Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM  / Check out is 11:00 AM 

• No Smoking in or near the Cabin

• Dogs are allowed, with $50 Pet Fee (per stay, 2 dogs max, house rules apply)

• No loud noise or parties

• Absolutely no UTV's,  ATV’s, Trailers, or Campers

• Hunting/discharging firearms is strictly prohibited

CANCELLATION POLICY:
85% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after.  No date change will be made 7 days before arrival or closer.
